Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan cheese
Pasta
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil, add pasta [I keep it a little undercooked so it doesn’t get overcooked while baking]
Preheat oven to 350
In a saucepan, melt butter. Then add the flour and whisk until smooth and thick
Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese, mix constantly until smooth and melted, remove from heat.
Put pasta in casserole dish and then cover with cheese sauce
Mix together breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese and top mac & cheese
Bake until the top is golden brown [about 10-15 minutes]
