Perfect Cinnamon Buns
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Pasta
Directions:
- Bring pot of water to boil, add pasta [I keep it a little undercooked so it doesn’t get overcooked while baking]
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Then add the flour and whisk until smooth and thick
- Stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese, mix constantly until smooth and melted, remove from heat.
- Put pasta in casserole dish and then cover with cheese sauce
- Mix together breadcrumbs & Parmesan cheese and top mac & cheese
- Bake until the top is golden brown [about 10-15 minutes]
